Jet is a new student at Beacon, and he's caught team RWBY's attention. He rarely talks, and isn't even assigned to a team. Outside of school, the situation has worsened. The White Fang grows bolder everyday, but they don't go unhindered. Someone has been sabotaging there operations. This mysterious vigilante comes with the calling card of black claw marks, and is known as the Black Claw.

But something else is amiss. Faunus are going missing, and new Grimm are appearing in unexpected places. Old friendships are pushed to the limit, dark secrets unearthed, and the history of the White Fang and other mysterious figures are revealed. Ozpin advises everyone to leave it to the adults, but when Blake disappears, for team RWBY, there's no holding back.
