Kennedy (Kenna) isn't known for her beauty. She's never been complimented on her appearance unless being called beautiful by your family counts, and to Kenna- it doesn't. Sick of being ignored because of her looks, Kennedy gives herself a makeover but it isn't very successful. After encountering a crying Marissa Rivers on the behalf of her obnoxious brother, Noah, she becomes acquaintances with the girl. After a chat about Kenna's failed efforts at makeup and how she's a nondrinker, she offers Kenna the help of her and her friends. Kenna graciously agrees but there's a catch. Kenna will have to be the girls' designated driver to the next few parties that they want to attend until she can do her own makeup which may take a while but what happens when Kenna accidentally gets drunk at one of the parties and Noah has to bring her and the other girls back to their home? She gets involved in a lot more than she planned. And it seems as if all she wanted was to become beautiful.

Spencer Davenport wasn't anything ... special. If anything at all, she fits right into 'Class A' of the Stereotypical 'Rich, Bitch, Daddies' Little Girl,' Category. And like all girls of that range, she spent most of her life whining over what she didn't have instead of being thankful for what she did. It wasn't until one very rainy, gloomy, day in the Upper East 'posh' side of Seattle, that Spencer received a 'TEXT MESSAGE. Her polities class being canceled, Her Latte order being messed up, and the fact that they were discontinuing her favorite hair conditioner had just become the least of her worries. Spence here, has just gotten a text message addressed from... HERSELF. Advice. Advice on a guy named... Asher. Spence isn't gullible, she's logical and believes that there's an answer for everything- so of course this was some kid playing a prank on her, at least that what she thought at first. Spencer's future self has created an app to make contact with the past, and being that she's very unhappy with her life right now, she's test driving it on her own past... she wants to help herself ... alter her future. it all starts with a guy named Asher.

Cli·ché: a phrase or opinion that is overused and betrays a lack of original thought. Meet Pepper Ballard. Independent, single, and sarcastic as hell. Pepper fights her own battles with pride and is officially #done with clichés. Unshaven werewolves, pale vampires, flawless and talented female vampire hunters who instantly fall in love with the enemy even though they want to kill the hunter's entire family... Please, give her a break. The more Pepper tries to avoid these nauseating clichés and destroy them, the further she is dragged into a dark, supernatural world that is her own virtual worst nightmare. A world that includes a bunch of sexy, mysterious, and dangerous men lurking around every corner... Wait...what's the definition of "nightmare" again? * * * My writing page! "Aren't you a little young to be dating my dad?" She looks like she could be my age. And then she turns around. "Yeah, I am," she says, sarcasm leaking through her tone. Suddenly, her emerald green eyes widen. "So it's a good thing I'm not." "Beth?" I whisper, uncertain. A small smile creeps onto my face. "Hi Luke." But when a twist of fate lands them together for the entire Summer, he figures that he might just be able to change her mind.
