Emma Jones doesn't know what to do when the love of her life, Dylan Torres, gets into a car accident. And things seem even bleaker when she finds out that he's suffering from a post-traumatic amnesia that has caused him to lose all memories he has of her. Or a post-it note in her familiar handwriting wishing for him to have a good day.
