Couple of three months, Seth and Dean are involved in a serious car accident. Seth is injured but Dean is in much worse condition. When they are taken to the hospital separately, Seth is left wondering where his boyfriend is. When he finds out Dean's in a coma, his heart shatters into a million pieces.
