It starts with an eccentric psychologist of "good advice" and a baby faced police officer's absurd bickering. Then there is the apartment of oddities consisting of a black market doctor, a hyper and energetic singer, a genius mute trickster, and more. And finally, a few serial killers, murderers, and thieves littered across the loud and trashy streets. This is the Peregrine World, an island in the middle of the ocean where everyone has a large gift in someway or another, and just a few of the types of people who live there.
