[Scrollstack Exclusive.] Marriage, they said, was sacred. But for Gauryansh Trehan and Vamika Sehgal, it was anything but simple. Born from a promise between old friends, one now gone and the others left behind holding onto memories. This marriage was arranged long before either of them had even been born. Gauryansh never asked for this alliance. Stoic, emotionally restrained, and haunted by expectations, he grew up knowing Vamika would one day be his but knowing it didn't mean accepting it. And certainly not welcoming it. So he pretended and acted like she didn't matter, like her presence didn't mess with the order he had created around himself but Vamika had always been there. Laughing a little louder than the rest. Lingering in every corner of his life. Trying too hard to be seen. Hoping too deeply to be loved. She never confessed, but her eyes and actions did. Her silences screamed it. Her every attempt to make him acknowledge her was drenched in an ache she tried desperately to hide. While Gauryansh, cold and controlled, kept pushing her away. Perhaps to protect himself, perhaps to punish them both for a love he refused to name. They were engaged when they were twenty-one and then everything collapsed soon afterwards. After a bitter argument, Vamika had done what Gauryansh never thought she'd do. She'd set him free and walked away. She'd called off the wedding and broken the engagement quietly. She'd left and with her, the version of her that used to chase after him, that waited for him and that believed in him were gone too.

[COMPLETED ON SCROLLSTACK.] • • • Love was strange, a little scary and too tempting to not look forward to experiencing the depths of it being aware of the ups and downs as well as how warm and cold it could be at the same time. After all, pain and pleasure had always been the coexistent pair who never really left the other's side even if one has to be dominated for a lifetime. For being the most patient and observant man, Agastya's eyes always remained stuck and unmoved when she was the visionary delight. While to his deception, the woman who'd been avoiding being the center of attention all her life now loved lingering around in the same vicinity, just to feel the giddiness in her heart that his undivided attention brought. Where the human hand is artistic, theirs helped people live while holding each other's hand and walking through the roads of old school romance in the midst of their chaotic lives. Where Agastya wrote some lines of affection for her, Daksha sang the tales of love for him. _______________________________________ Delve in to find out more!

[Arranged Marriage Romance.] Nikshit was very late to have realized how stupid he was for coming here. Watching her chewing on her nails while muttering to herself wasn't as pleasant to the eyes as were the patties on his plate. The combination of cheese, garlic and onion on the crispy bread with the combination of chilled soda with a slight burning sensation in the throat was savory. Nikshit almost got lost in the roundness of the plate he was eating from when there was a snap of fingers in front of his eyes. A snap of fingers coated in breadcrumbs. The breadcrumbs which flew in the air and fell on his plate. He wanted to run away without looking back. He should not have agreed to meet her today. "Back to Earth, Dahiya." He looked up with disgust written all over his face but it seemed like Maithili couldn't care any less. She wiped her fingers and crossed her arms before showing a grin that screamed 'you won't believe it but I have a great idea'. "You can't marry me." Of course he can't or he might go crazy within a month. "Oh?" "Yes. I have AIDS." What the f*ck? "Go tell your parents that you can't marry me because I have AIDS." The statement led by a bright smile with a jump on her seat in excitement had Nikshit choking on his soda. Eventually he felt it inside his nose as well when he tried to breathe. His eyes became watery and reddened. Maithili patted his back out of consideration and handed him a glass of water which still didn't help. "Are you okay?" The coughing stopped but Nikshit couldn't wipe off the flabbergasted look from his face. What is wrong with this girl! He doesn't want to stay around her anymore. She's crazy! ~ ☆✿☆~

What Sonali Mehra never imagined was to have a man sitting in front of her who was supposed to nod his head for an 'I do' for proceeding further with the proposal of marriage, shaking his head in denial instead. "You deserve better." He went on about being committed to someone else and does not want to bound Sonali and himself together in something so meaningless. "Just say that you don't believe you can be a better person yourself." She mocked it with nonchalance before leaving a very calm looking man behind with a restless mind. Since she didn't know him, it didn't matter. There were a lot of fishes in the pond after all. She thought if not him, then there will be someone else sooner or later. The pond was too small. The same fish, namely Shaurya Rawat, was fished out over and over again. He was forced by the entirety of his vicinity into meeting the woman he was going to fall head over heels for in the near future. (Find more in the prelude)
