I'm not an expert on writing stories so please don't judge.. I just wanted to share my story with others, and let people know what self harming really is like. For those who are battling the evil addiction too, you're not and never will be alone. Remember that.

A book of poetry aimed at people who have or are struggling with the addiction of self injury. These are poems highlighting the growing problems of self harm. It isn't judging, though, and doesn't insist that the person suffering MUST stop or MUST recover, but it gives that option and emphasizes the good things about quitting.
