It started as a fun concept and evolved into a great story that I want to share with you all. I have put a lot of effort into refining the conversations, creating a storyline, and even crafting two endings for the story. Enjoy reading :) Levidel is symbolic of the reader. I plan to write several fanfictions and she will always be named Levidel. This name is deliberately chosen because it is rare and gives the reader the opportunity to keep a certain distance from the character in case his behavior is not to his liking. So basics and physicality traits were enough for him. To pass more time he became a Mercenary taking jobs and being basically a hired gun if the job and pay were good enough, It wasn't long after his escape that he came across a scent that he knew was from his true mate that he needed to find this person. The scent had come to him in a strong wind on the streets of New York, he had just finished a job, was on his way back to Sister Margaret's a former Catholic boarding house turned mercenary bar when he saw the person turn a corner he knew at that moment his life would change more than it ever did.

He has suffered through the loss of his father, and suffered from an accident while looking down the exploded elevator shaft, where his father sacrificed himself. The town suspects he will be just like his father. And they had planned on making a better Wayward Pines. Instead, the adults are stuck asleep, never to be awoken. The First Generation has taken over, and will Ben Burke be able to save the town from the brainwashed First Generation? Or will he fail, as his father did, in saving the last of humanity in the mysterious and disturbing town of Wayward Pines?
