[COMPLETE] Soraya Ilwen was born of wing and wind- a Seraphine blessed by the skies and cursed by destiny. Her wings mark her as divine. Her blood marks her as dangerous. In the SkyCourt she is everything they demand of their perfect heiress: obedient, pure, silent. But storms do not obey. When the winds begin whispering secrets long buried, Soraya uncovers the truth of her creation- and of the ancient prophecy binding her to three others like her. The gods would have her kneel. The Oracle would see her erased. The sky itself trembles with what she is becoming. For her heart was born of wind- untamed, unseen, unstoppable. And the sky was never meant to bow.

"What do you want?" She asked. Panicked, backing away. The vampire followed, stepping forward, dangerously close, looking her over. "You." His voice deep, growling. "Me?" "You." " Me? No, you don't. You think you do, but you don't. It is a mistake." "No it's not." "I came for you, Andie." He grabbed her by the waist, pulled her in close and nudged his face into her neck. "Oh god, don't bite her," Davis pleaded. "Please don't bite her." "Davis you are tired, go relax. Go back to her apartment and sleep." "No Davis, stay here." He left at the vampire's last word. "Please listen to me," she begged.Holding her hands up against his chest. "Shh shh shh. do not fear me." He assured her, whispering softly in her ear. Making her weak in the knees. "But I am afraid this is.'' She stuttered. ''This was. You see there was an accident. I sprayed you with a love potion." "A love potion? How sweet." He began to nibble at her neck. She could not help liking the way he felt against her. But quickly reminded herself. HE IS A VAMPIRE! "No really, it is not sweet at all. It was an accident. I had it in my bag thinking it was mace, I wanted to mace you," she explained. "I suppose that's nicer then," he said to her. "No, that's not nice at all. But you grabbed me, and well, that's what you deserved." "I was trying to warn you to run, meant you no harm." "No. I suppose you didn't, but you got sprayed, and now you love me, it is not real love." The vampire struggled to not laugh. Silly mortal. He let her go on. © Copyright 2014 Aronel Loni. "Have you no sense of self-preservation?" he asked, seeming genuinely curious. "I do. But it's kind of low on my list of priorities. Right below not sucking up to immortals, no matter if they were elders." And I really needed to shut up before I got myself killed. *** **** *** Elle Sanders is a headhunter with a secret. [WATTYS 2025 HONORABLE MENTION] 🔥Rated R for mature sexual content and graphic language 📚For fans of You've Got Mail (and underwear kinks) OR as one reader put it: "A yuletide story of what happens when his package gets shoved in her box by mistake." *** Zoey Franklin's post-college life is a mess. She's jobless, newly single, stuck living with meddling parents, and forced to hang out with her parents' friends, the Londers (AKA complete strangers), for Christmas. The only thing maintaining her sanity? A flirty, banter-filled text exchange with a mystery man, sparked by a package mix-up. Tristan Londer is finally going home for Christmas for the first time in forever. While he hoped for some much-needed quality time with his family, instead he gets a house full of strangers taking over his space. Especially that one stranger--the one with the voice, and the eyes, and the sass, who's claimed his bedroom as hers for the trip. Even though Zoey Franklin is the most beautiful woman he's ever seen, he can't stand the entitled princess. Good thing he has his mystery woman to text with late at night. If there's anyone who can turn his mood around, it's her. *** Cover co-designed by @LNRoberts1 and myself

[COMPLETED] My grandmother is a witch. My mother is a witch. My sisters are witches. Even my daddy is a warlock when he's not moonlighting as a rat (a consequence of the aforementioned grandmother's temper). So you would think I would be a witch too, right? Nope. Not a spark of magic resides in my fingertips, and even worse, I'm beginning to think I'm allergic to magic. Kind of a big problem when you live in the middle of the most magical town in Mississippi. I'm just biding my time until I turn eighteen. Then, I can pack my bags and move out into the real world- with the normal humans. Until then, I just have to survive my grandmother's experiments, my sister's nasty temper, and the charms of the town's bad boy, Ash Goodwin. Easy...ier said than done.

My name is Hibiscus Brown, my best friend is a unicorn and my life is going absolutely nowhere. Oh, and I'm a witch. At least partly - the rest is all werewolf. After growling a little to loudly, Hibiscus, Kitty, Brown finds herself in the unfortunate situation of having to move back home to live with her dad /the werewolf/, her step-mom /the werebear/, and all the other creatures living in a small town called Nowhere. Surely it's just temporary? Surely even a half-witch/half-werewolf can figure out what she wants to do with her life? Surely the handsome werewolf who just moved back will ignore her, like he /mostly/ did when they were in high school? And surely the mysterious dark stranger who seems to pop up just about everywhere will help her when she needs it? So many questions... let's see if we can bring some clarity to it all, shall we? *** NOTE *** There will be f-bombs. And references to s-e-x. Nothing graphic because it's not my style, but there certainly will be shit that isn't super appropriate for a younger audience. You have been warned. © lenanorth All the words are mine.
