Preston Dellis (Evan Peters) starts his freshman year at Calum Fredrick University. He is enrolled in a philosophy class with the beautiful Mia Manson (Taissa Farminga), taught by the estranged Professor Seldon (Zachary Quinto). But, a diabolical plan is put in place by the school's founders, to destroy the school when they realized the mistake they made of guaranteeing admission to a student (Sarah Paulson) whose ghost plots torture on all for no reason. Dangerous students are there, and the romance between Mia and Preston is corrupted when Mia- well you'll find out.

Era ormai da un mese che Violet aveva cacciato Tate ed esso ora era caduto nella depressione in cui si trovava prima di conoscerla, solo in forma più acuta. Lei invece si sentirà terribilmente in colpa per averlo lasciato solo nel momento del bisogno ma non vuole offendere la madre ed il padre che odiano il ragazzo perciò sarà molto insicura su ciò che dovrà fare. Violet Harmon è la figlia unigenita di Ben e Vivien. È una ragazza problematica, cerca di vivere in modo tranquillo in seguito alla burrascosa fase superata faticosamente dai genitori, dopo una sfiorata separazione. La nuova situazione è difficile, nuova casa, nuova città, assiste spesso alle discussioni dei genitori e frequenta una scuola piena di bulli, presa di mira e derisa. Trova sostegno morale in Tate, un ragazzo in cura dal padre, psicologo. Ma non tutto è come sembra.
