{Book One} Chresanto August is a seventeen year old growing up in the hard streets of South Central,California. Having his father running off with his younger brother Mama at nine years old. And having his own Mama die from breast Cancer at fourteen years old, he had to grow up pretty quickly. Chresanto is usually a good kid, keeping the good influence in and the bad ones out.
