Dean Winchester is a famous YouTube star. Castiel is a history teacher at the local high school. Many of Cas' students fawn over Dean, or as they know him, Dean Zepplin. But none of them know their own teacher is married to the celebrity they are all madly in love with. Although tough times will come, but they will pull through and be as strong as ever.

It's 1995, and Castiel's high school years are destined to be difficult: home-schooled until eighth grade, he is awkward, shy, and socially inept. The weird kid with the funny name would rather isolate himself and draw in his sketchbook than deal with the constant bullying he faces every day. Things only get worse in his junior year when he excels in home economics class, leading the captain of the baseball team, Alastair, to start taunting him for being gay. Then new student Dean Winchester arrives at Flour Bluff High School, sharing many of Castiel's classes. Castiel has seen his type before -- handsome, athletic, arrogant, and sure to be the most popular kid in school. But Castiel eventually learns that he and Dean have more in common than he thought, and they form an unlikely friendship. Sequel to the summer camp AU Sam, Dean, Gabriel and Castiel all went to a camp on the summer of 2013. They were in a cabin together, became friends, and eventually became closer than that. Michael and Lucifer finally figured out what was going on between them and were the only ones who didn't have to leave each other. But when Dean and Sam left, and Gabriel and Castiel a few days later...there wasn't much hope. They said they'd fight to find each other...but when all the odds are against you, there's no way you can win. So what they did instead was wait. They waited until the winter of 2018.

Dean reads the saddest fic in the fandom and realizes the writer didn't actually get much direct credit. So decides to talk to them about it. And so the online ties that connect them begin...
