You are a survivor of the zombie apocalypse. During a scavenger's hunt for materials, food and other things, you come across a notebook and a small, black and grey box tucked in a backpack that seems to have been lost. Maybe purposely left. It's a journal apparently, and the small box is a recorder, surprisingly with batteries over half charge. When you get back to the safe house, you sit down and open up to do some reading.
