Entering the packed gym floor, Alex started to wonder why she hadn't wanted to go. The usually smelly, dirty, and disgusting gym had been transformed into a wonderland. Startled, she looked up and saw the source of the fragrance standing next to her once best friend. "Have you met my boyfriend yet?" Claire smugly said, pointing to the boy, "Isn't he just so cute!" she boasted, with a self-satisfied smile. Lost for words, Alex didn't reply, Claire flounced away, her thirst for revenge apparently quenched for tonight, leaving Alex and the beautiful boy alone together. Sneaking a glance at the boy she noticed his handsome face was staring back at her with a loving look in his eyes. "Hey, I'm Roman, what's your name?" he whispered quietly. "Alex," her voice resembling a high-pitched squeak more than the whisper that it was meant to be. "Why are we whispering?" "I have no idea," she laughed, successfully breaking the ice. Chucking softly, the beautiful Roman led her out into the dance floor. Mesmerized by his emerald eyes, Alex didn't notice until it was too late. "What are you doing!!?"
