I'll start this off as a oneshot and see if I can add to it as time progresses. Once the report of a runaway soulmate made it to the news station, the channel will automatically come on like an emergency news report and urge everyone to help out and search down that runaway and help bring them back to their partner before they produce havoc on the city in their search.
