Alive but not living. Fight for control, learning to breathe again

Simply a collection of random stuff that popped into my head at random times

One day my friend tells me about his problems, some of them. It's a brutal story, I think. Gripping in the sad details. It pains me to think that every day people might feel lost and alone because of their parents, or society, or their peers. I hope that the story this poem tells is regarded with a reverence for the struggles untold of all those with burdens and hurt. I wrote it in the first person to bring it nearer to the reader's heart, as well as to bring it closer to myself. I hope you enjoy, fan, vote and comment.
