I mean...why not. I like Undertale and horror. An AU where the skeletons are SCPs and the comic makers/artists/singers/musicians are the workers! All fictional characters here belong to their rightful owners. The SCP foundation belongs to the SCP foundation. (of course :V) Undertale belongs to Toby Fox. Any other AUs mentioned belong to their rightful owners. Don't kill me for making this, I know the wall between the fandoms is broken enough.

After decades of being sealed underground, monsters have returned to the surface world. However, you can't help but feel that they are hiding something. What happened to Chara, the first human said to have fallen into the underground? Curiously, you journey to Mt. Ebott, only to encounter something you never thought you'd see. Or someone: Chara. Chara is referred to as (they/them). Reader is referred to as either male or female, identified as (he/she). Ever since you were young you would go to the tree that held the black and gold apples. You would never get close enough to touch it and neither would your friends. After all with all of the rumors that went around about how if people got to close to the tree they would disappear with out a trace. But as you got older your fear of it grew less and less until you would find yourself sitting under the tree on your days off to do random things like homework or reading. Heck you even fell asleep under It a few times. But as time goes on you begin to feel as if your being watched more and more along with a increase of you having nightmares as you sleep. I don't own the art that I will be using in this story. Nor did I make or help make undertale or dreamtale.

As a little kid, you came into the world knowing the horrors of bullying and parental abuse. You had no friends except for one. The tall tree that stood proud over the park was known by many to go hand in hand with extremely bad luck but you didn't care. The tree was there for you more than anyone else had ever been. The only side effect that you have ever noticed from the time you spent with the tree was the odd dreams you had when you slept under its shade and the even more odd people you met along the way. Now with invisible friends nobody else can see, and a dark palace serving as your second home, how much weirder can it get?

{The beginning isn't how I would like it so I'll be redoing the entire story} Despite your average, bullied, nerd life, your thoughts suddenly take a turn and you start to feel as though someone is always watching. After you unexpectedly lock eyes with an ominous shadow standing in the corner of your room, things for you seem to take a sharp turn for the worst as your average routine becomes a 'nightmare'. Will this be your untimely end, or a new begining? (Ps. neither the cover, nor the characters are mine(other than the reader's personality of course, and 'Her'))
