Blanka WiIliams never considered herself a normal girl. Weird and some horrible circumstances in her life had prevented anything remotely normal. A college student living at home and working at the local coffee house. She had been in love and engaged to what she thought was a wonderful guy, until one day she just couldn't take his-let's just say "vices"-anymore and dumped him. Time passed, and Blanka became more interested in music-especially little Indie bands. She found one that was fronted by her favorite actor Jaeden De La Noche. Blanka decided to take a chance, and write to Jaeden and tell him how much she admires him. You never know right? He could actually read them and not just have a lackey open it and then send her a stamped glossy of him. Well, either way, she had nothing else to lose. It's not like he would actually write back...

A short story of Anza, a girl going to pay respects and celebrate her family who are now on the other side the night before the day of the dead. Thinking she's alone, she sets up her alter in their honor, including her older brother Hernan. Little did she know the things that await her that night... I first wrote this in the beginning of 2015. I totally thought I'd lost this short story! Or dreamed writing it! I was looking for it weeks & weeks and couldn't find it anywhere! lol! I had a friend who was trying to put together a collection of horror stories for Dia de los Muertos. My family wasn't very traditional, I don't know much Spanish either, so I looked up what I could but I could used some help with that probably. lol Be kind if I messed up. lol I'd never really tried to write something like this before but I gave it a shot. My friend's project fell though. I wasn't sure what category it would fit into, but I figured I'd share this with you. Think WP ate some of my formatting. Cover art is by BlakCircleGirl.
