Hunter, the rebelious fourteen-year-old, get sent to an extremely colourful boarding school with some extremely colourful people on the beach with her best friend, instead of a detention center by her parents. Living with guilt, she tries to brush it off with her best friend Lucky and start a band. "Where's the bomb?" "I am the bomb." She ends up recruiting five boys all different and weird in their own ways. Will Hunter become the punk-rock singer she has alway wanted? Or does something get in the way?
