Pearl is sad that Rose is gone, Amethyst tries to calm her down and is successful. But on the way Pearl and Amethyst come close to each other and soon become a couple. Garnet knows about this. When Steven grew up he finds out on the missions and how they act towards each other.

Pearl works at a small coffee shop in a small town. Nothing particularly interesting happens until a new girl shows up. She's called Amethyst. Pearl immediately likes her. She's a likable person, with her good-natured humor. Amethyst suggests a date and Pearl isn't sure how to respond.

After a bad divorce between Amethyst's parents, her mom and dad send her to a camp for the summer because they both don't have time to take care of her. This is a AU where Amethyst is sent away to a sleep away summer camp called "Camp Universe", she doesn't know anyone there because the camp is far from her home. The story is told from Amethyst and Pearl's point of view. At the camp she meets a girl named Pearl whom she later falls in love with. Basically all the characters are canon(from the show Steven Universe). (other ships are also in the story) Camp Universe is run by Greg, Rose and occasionally Steven, Pearl helps them run things, even though she attends the summer camp. Just about everyone who goes to Camp Universe is 15, except Pearl who is 16. (drawing by teasprouts on ig)
