I shut my eyes as I felt her hand go down, "Where is it? She complained. I forced myself to look at her, her expression was mixed with disguised and confusion. She found out, she knew. Her hands quickly withdrew and she backed up, with wide eyes. "You're a freak!" She yelled at me. "A disgusted freak!" She continued to scream. I felt my whole body to shake, she's going to tell. I ran out the door, leaving everyone. My brother called for me but I kept on running. Those words lingered in my mind, "You're a freak!" I never wanted to go back, never.

A story that follows the journey of young Theo, a transgender boy faced with the harsh reality that being his true self could possibly be the most difficult thing he'll ever have to do.
