Hinata and Kageyama have evolved from enemies in middle school to now be playing on the same team. Their current relationship is a setter and his spiker, nothing more, nothing less. That is, until they both decide they want to make the most of their relationship.

It all started one day after volleyball practice, they never knew how they both felt towards each other.

Kagehina-The Decoy To My Setter Kageyama had never thought much about what to do when he was a setter. To him all he needed to know was where Hinata was, where the blockers were and where the ball was. But even then, it was all just muscle memory. When he was Kageyama the setter that's all there was to it. Off court however, it was a completely different story. Off court the only thing on his mind was Hinata.  At first it was only little things like when Hinata would grin happily at him when he beat him (and Kageyama found himself thinking that maybe he could deal with losing if it meant seeing that smile more) or that time when at lunch Kageyama had bought him a milk box to 'reward' him after their first match. Kageyama began freaking out when he began noticing more and more little things about Hinata that a normal teamate wouldn't. Things like the smell of Hinata's shampoo (which smelled like oranges Kageyama noted ironically, unable to keep the grin that was creeping onto his

Kageyama find himself being too protective of Hinata and he doesn't know why. While he doesn't realize his true, hidden feelings, his enemies tried to snatch away his cute little crow from him. Hinata and the rest of the team are playing in a big volleyball tournament. They are almost to the finals when something happens to Hinata during one of the games which starts to worry Kageyama. Kageyama and the team manages to make it to the finals without Hinata. The other school that the Karasuno High School Volleyball team are going against, they NEED Hinata. Without him, they will end up losing. Sure losing isn't a big deal for how far they made it in the tournament, but everyone wanted to take the volleyball trophy home fir their school. Hinata and the team have a few bumps in the road, followed by some drama and romance, while getting ready for the finals. The most annoying thing about Hinata is the fact he never shuts up. Most of the time, Kageyama can tune the other out but every now and then a certain phrase or conversation that loudmouth has come out with will just stick with Kageyama like glue. It's the dumb things Hinata blurts out that leads to Kageyama questioning his sexuality. Then on top of that, Kageyama needs to deal with the stampede of females that seem to be invading the gym because of one stupid photograph.
