Alex Moriarty, a 20 year old science nerd from Australia has recently moved to England, soon finding herself becoming somewhat a companion to Mr Sherlock Holmes. Though she has a completely opposite nature to Sherlock, they seem to get along well. But could things spiral out of control when Alex's brother decides to interfere? When fifteen year old Amelia Hudson comes to her grandmother looking for a place to stay, Sherlock is impressed with her skill. He had never felt this attached or impressed about somebodies intellect before. When an interesting case comes along involving three girls, disappearing dolls and one dishonest man, Sherlock is in need of some one to help him and John is in no shape to do so. He and Amelia are soon off solving the crime with a few up-hill battles along the way.
