Alli is a twelve year old girl, suffering from depression after her mom, brother, and sister die. She draws to make it go away, but it only works for a while. Deliah Denis suddenly shows up, and her father, H2O Delirious goes missing. She needs a friend, which just happens to be Alli. A friend of Delirious is only supposed to pick Deliah up from the Orphanage, but what if... He brings home Deliah and Alli? Follow them on their journey to find Delirious, and Alli bonding with her new father. Will Alli get rid of her depression? Or will she forever drown?
