When twins Eileen and Emilia Umbridge decide to transfer from Beauxbatons to Hogwarts, they get a surprise. The girls' evil mother, Dolores, is teaching at Hogwarts! Their mom is especially excited to use her form of punishment- the Blood-Quills. This is also used at home when Eileen and her sister misbehave. They are upset, and team up with another pair of twins, Fred and George Weasley, to make their mother's life hell.
