Jay Tachibana, a thirteen year old boy, by chance finds two homeless girls on the streets with 'special' abilities. As he and his brother have their own 'abilities' someone is out to eliminate them for their abilities are too powerful. As they grow their power grows more uncontrollable. Will they be able to contain it? Or will they be eliminated first?
