Maddie, a 13 year old girl was fixing to begin her first year of middle school. She had made the cheer team and was ready to rock the school. When one day, she arrived home to find out her mom had been diagnosed with a strong case of leukemia, and her best friend Lilly, was soon going to be moving to a different school. How she was going to get through this, she had no idea.
