Luna Ray Tyler is a happy 13-year-old girl, who lives in San Jose, California. She and her 2 older brothers and parents moved there when Luna was 10 years old. She lives what she thinks is a normal life, until disaster strikes. The side affects hit Luna, and her life is thrown out of balance with new powers.
