Book 2 in the Guitar Buddy Trilogy. Status: COMPLETED!!! O.o It's been two long years since Skylar Abbott fled One Direction's tour with Eleanor Calder. Since parting ways in Chicago, Skylar left the music scene without telling anyone where she was going, including her best friend Ashlyn, and childhood best friend Niall Horan. It's time for Skylar to make a reappearance in One Direction and Emblem3's lives. But, given the two long years she was away, lots has changed. Niall has moved on from Skylar and started dating Tiffany Edwards. They appear to be deeply in love. Another change? Ashlyn seems to have mysteriously dropped Skylar for Tiffany. Even the boys in One Direction seem different than they used to. Emblem3 is about the same, however, Keaton's demeanor around Skylar changes whenever One Direction is mentioned. It seems to Skylar that everyone she loved has had a change of heart since then. Taking cue from her actions years ago, she leaves London in search of a fresh, new start, taking up residence in Toronto, working for a broadcast station. But you can't just leave your old life behind that easily, and memories of old friends and relationships start to haunt Skylar.
