Famous YouTube star Dean Winchester, has been in a secret relationship for six years with high school english teacher, Castiel Novak. When Castiel announces an assignment for his junior class and a studen digs deep into Dean's past, both boys have to put on a brave face and come out to the world.

Dean lives on the same block as a fraternity and as a fellow college student, it doesn't bother him that much, but on a party night, after hearing hours of loud music, screaming girls, and beer chugging challenges, all he wants to do is go to sleep. There's someone asleep in his bed when he gets to the bedroom. Did I mention? Dean lives alone.

Dean's phone has decided to stop working. He debates on whether he wants to make the trip down to a store to get it looked at or whether to just call in to his carrier and hope their tech support could fix the problem remotely. He had called in a few times over the years, getting a different rep every time, but when a sexy, gravely voice answers this time, Dean is immediately intrigued. Fluffy at the end, and so sweet. The first time Cas meets Dean, the man comes into his flower shop to buy something nice for his new girlfriend. Cas is a bit disappointed. Dean is beautiful but off limits. Over the course of the year Dean comes in rather frequently. He buys flowers for his girlfriend, for his mother, for holidays, etc. Cas can see Dean is not happy in his relationship, but what can he do about it? They're not really friends. So when Valentine's Day rolls around Cas expects Dean to stop in and buy some big, extravagant arrangement, he doesn't show. Instead, Dean shows up ten minutes before closing and asks for a single white rose. But what is the meaning behind it? And who does he plan to give it to?

Dean is five years old when his family relocates to Haven to start a new life. Dean is blind and there is a school that has some of the best ratings in the country, and his parents want the best for him. Upon moving in they meet their new neighbors, the Novaks when they come to introduce themselves. Castiel is six years old when the Winchesters move in across the street. He doesn't have any friends, other than his older brother Gabriel. Other kids think he's strange. He's a shy, withdrawn child. Until he meets the bubbly, vivacious Dean Winchester who doesn't let anytihng hold him back, including being blind. This was a prompt. I hope you enjoy it!

His little boy never asks for anything, and he's such a good child that for once, Cas wants to spoil him. Christmas Eve he takes his son to the only store in the city that still has one in stock.
