After their wedding, the couple travel to Peru. Can has taken a photo shoot assignment for a magazine, and has taken Sanem with him for the honeymoon of a lifetime. They begin their lives together exploring and working in this beautiful country. Then return home to live in the house that had brought Sanem so much contentment as she was growing up. To fill it with happiness and love for the rest of their lives.

She had returned to him, back to his small cottage on the sea. She finally gave in to her heart and listened. She loved him and that was that, so here she was, ready to accept it all. Would she give up her book and stay here, just them loving each other. Or would circumstances of life make them return to Istanbul and except their responsibilities together.

EK AU Sanem has had anything but an easy life. From her difficult upbringing to her dismal marriage. Her surroundings weigh her down and force her to think her fate is sealed. She is alone, not by choice, but by circumstance. Her only friend is the voice in her head. Life didn't turn out the way Can thought it would either. But he has learned to accept it and even prefers his solitude to the point where he is far more comfortable around horses than he is people. Their two paths cross and life is no longer the same. But with how fate has treated them, do they really want to keep their old lives? The road may be rocky, but they find strength and solace in each other. Set in Northern California during the mid 1930s. Tensions escalate as the rift between the upper and lower classes increases. A possible uprising looms on the horizon. *Disclaimer/Trigger Warning* Please read before starting chapter 1. This is an AU story featuring characters from the Turkish TV show, Erkenci Kuş. A show that is a romantic comedy. This story here is not a romantic comedy. For those finding this story from one of the others I've written, fair warning, this one is going to be darker than what I've published so far. I will not be explicit or go into a lot of detail, but this story does include themes like domestic violence and marital rape. These are serious topics that I do not take lightly. (Before your minds get too carried away, no. Can Divit is not the villain here. So you can relax on that front.)

This is a different type of Erkenci Kus story. The characters are familiar, but their interaction has changed from the series, and quirky funny things happen. I have read one story where Sanem had special powers and she will have different ones in this version. There is a difference from the other version. I hope this will be a fun filled story. I apologize if any details are similar to any other story. I try hard to write from my imagination only, except of course ideas from the series. Estos relatos cortos son escenas de la serie pero modificadas, como yo hubiera dado la vuelta a los acontecimientos o desarrollado tantas acciones sin necesidad de caer en lo innecesario. ¿No sentían como a veces se quedaban con ganas se más o simplemente no les gustaba como reaccionaban los personajes porque parecía que lo que hacían no tenía nada que ver con su personalidad? estas escenas surgieron de esa frustración... espero que las disfruten...

This is my take on episodes 29, 30, etc. and the Fabri, perfume, Can in jail farce. I could not stand Can's attitude at the hut, his attitude was that of a spoiled brat, his yelling at Sanem in front of Polen, and her smirking. I could not stand Polen from her first introduction. My interpretation of this story does not include Can's memory loss, leaving for a year, or Sanem acting so childish. I will make Huma pay for her interference, but still working on that idea. I also did not like Emre getting off so easily. He needs to repent a little more. I thought Aziz was made out to be simple minded, when he had started and built a multimillion dollar business. He was not that old. I took creative license to make the story like I would have liked it to be and end! I made up details just to make it fun at times. There will be drama and violence, not my favorite, but will get even with some of the villains. I am not affiliated with Erkenci Kus, its actors, writers, or anyone. I am just a fan and not a writer.
