First of all, I do not own any characters within this book -- only a few minor characters are of my creation. The Creepypasta characters are all owned by their respective creators which do not include myself. It began with a nightmare: a sea of blood and mountains of corpses as far as the eye could see. Ever since then, nightmares have become reality. After your wishes for something interesting to happen in your life, it comes at a dire cost. You have been thrown into a war happening under the nose of every human in the world despite the lives of them all being at stake. There is no turning back. Peace does not last long. You are in a strange new world: a world where the strong eat the weaklings alive. The only comfort you have in this cruel world is a company of killers, manipulators, and beings of uncertain origins. How will you end this war? In blood? Or in love? P.S. The POV will be in 1st person. This is simply my preference when it comes to writing stories. What would seem as a normal start, at a new school, and a new beginning, would only turn into a long, nightmareish adventure of self discovery, self doubt, and conflicting emotions. An OVERLORD story. I thought about making it about an original character but in the end went for the Male Reader insert, tho I plan to call the protagonist by the Character Username from Yggdrasil starting from Chapter II onward, I did this to appeal to both people who enjoy Reader Inserts and people who dont care for it, meaning it is essentially a Male Reader insert but I won't refer to the character as Y/N nor Address the Reader directly by saying "Your POV" after the second chapter of the story. This is also the first story/fanfic I have ever written so feedback is appreciated.
