I had just performed for two hours and I was all hot and sweaty. All I took with me was a cold water bottle, my phone, and some earbuds as I started walking. It was late at night, around ten-thirty. I had walked maybe two blocks before I heard a slight whimpering. I slowly walked towards the sound, cautious as to not get hurt. As I got closer the sound got louder, now a full on crying. As I rounded a corner I saw a little girl, no more than two or three years old, huddled in a ball on the ground and crying. I gasped and rushed over to the crying girl. (Read to find out what happens).
