Natsu, Gray, Gajeel, Romeo, and Laxus are all chosen to go on a very dangerous job that can take years to complete. Before they left, Natsu and Lucy had gotten married and Lucy got pregnant, but decided to tell Natsu and the guild at the goodbye party they're gonna have. Unfortunately, she arrived to the party late and the guys were already saying their goodbyes. She gets to say goodbye except to Natsu, and she never got the chance to tell him the news. 1 year later they return, but they come back without Natsu, they told the guild he had died while fighting. Lucy mourns, little Nashi still just a baby. Lucy will now have to trudge through life while protecting her baby at the same time, or will she? That is so corny, but oh well. I felt like writing something like this. I hope you will like it, this is my second fanfic. Sorry if there are some other stories like this one. I don't own Fairytail or the characters!
