After the events of the duel against Paradox, Jaden finds himself stuck in his own past, three years prior to the time when he first entered Duel Academy. He relives everyday that he had at the Academy, and decides that he will do whatever it takes to make sure that every wrong that had been committed at his home for three years is kept safe from the forces of evil that he is certain he'll face again.
