Just some of my poetry I've decided to share with you guys (The first few aren't the best. They're old, from when I had just started trying to write.)

"Alright then, we will make a bet," he said with a sly smirk on his face. He always wore that smirk when he was confident, or when he knew he had the upper hand. "What kind of bet?" I protested as he peeked my interest with this bet idea. Whatever it was, I knew for a fact I wasn't letting him win. "I bet that you will fall for me," he said poking me in shoulder, as a way to try to flirt with me. It certainly didn't make me fall for him, but it did make me irritated provoking a thought in my head. "Me? Fall for him? In his dreams!" I thought to myself, frustrated by the idea that he thinks I would fall for him. "Well I bet that you will fall for me!" I retorted shoving him back a little. He had no idea what he started, I was determined to win. Sydney Martin was a normal high-school girl. She cheered, she showed school spirit, and she had two best friends. She could also get any guy in school to fall for her, except for one. Jason Evans was an arrogant high-school guy. He played football, struggled in school, and had a best friend that was like a brother. He could get any girl to fall for him, except for one. With a bet being made between the two, both will go to the extreme to make the other one fall for them. This book details their adventures in trying to out do each other, and getting the other one to fall, as well as their struggles in high-school. Will they both fall in love and settle this bet once and for all? Or will there be a clear winner?

~HAS BEEN REWRITTEN. CHECK OUT BORN TO LOSE 2.0---- The boy hadn't even seen Gerard coming towards him until Gerard stepped on a fallen branch, making a 'crunch' sound. Gerard screamed a silent 'fuck' in his head as the boy's tear streaked face snapped up, locking eyes with Gerard's. His intense hazel eyes held so many emotions it was hard for Gerard to distinguish whether the boy was doing this out of anger or sadness, "Go away," the words were laced with venom but they also shook with emotion so strong that Gerard wanted to cry as well.
