After the events of 'How To Train Your Dragon', Hiccup finds himself in the hands of a strange girl from the north, Emyra, who traps powerful dragons before someone else with worse intentions can. Emyra is also in possession of a night fury, Darkflight, and Blizzard, a woolly howl. Upon realising her mistake, not previously knowing the night fury she saw in the sky, Toothless, had a rider, she releases the pair, and they return to Berk, mystified. Years later, when Hiccup and Toothless arrive back in Berk after exploring beyond Itchy Armpit, they find it in flames, all of it's inhabitants gone, save only Stormfly. Hiccup sets out to find Emyra again, hoping to find his people. Even if it means a fight to the death. (Plus a tiny bit of Hiccstrid...)
