Aphmau, a girl of mysteries, wonders into a village, Phoenix Drop. Two guards greet her horribly, throwing her into a cell as soon as possible. For days Aphmau is stuck in the cell until the guards take her to the Lord. The Lord then asks for her hand in marriage yet she refuses, saying he'll kill her if she doesn't Aphmau gives in. During her time in Phoenix Drop she makes friends with all of the guards but mostly two of them, Laurance and Garroth.
