so a couple of years after Cyrus death the riffs don't want to own NYC any more and will give it to who ever takes NYC over so the Warriors want NYC. whoever owns NYC will go into the USA meeting like the New York meeting but instead a USA wide one will they take all of NYC find out in my book series
