Descendants of the legendary warriors, Pretty Cure, Kenta and his friends are chosen to race against time to retrieve back all the Elemental Leaves. As their alter egos, Cure Leaf, Cure Thunder and Cure Petal must use their powers of the Elemental Leaves to protect Mother Nature at all cost from the deadly contaminating monsters!

13 years ago the kingdom of the sky was ruled by Queen Sunn , and Queen Cloud. A beautiful kingdom it was , small sky fairies lived in perfect harmony. But as it was prophesied the two queens started to disagree. And as times went on the two Queens risded in two different castles. The castle of the sun and the castle of the clouds. It wasn't long before wars broke out between the two. The wars were too dangerous to be fought in the skys , and it wasn't going to be long before the human world became the battle field. And as the battle raged on the queens realized what they'd done...how their selfishness indangered the entire world. The queens gave up their power to the human world , knowing that whoever recieved it would use it to stop the wars between their kingdoms. On that same day...two humans were born and now it is their time to return, "arise Beam and Rainy!!"

The Pretty Cures are known by every as heroes. They have saved us from the darkness before, But what would happen.... ...If they failed to protect us? Flame is the Emperor of Darkness and Fire. He came to Earth, claiming he would burn it to the ground. The Precures announced they wouldn't let Flame win, but the emperor was too strong. Very strong. The cures were defeated and the world itself burned to the ground. The Cures have disappeared, never to be found. The Earth lays in a burnt Hell after the flames died down. If any humans were to survive, they were taken prisoner and used as slaves under the rule of Emperor Flame. Some slaves found underground pathways, some escaping and hiding in refuge. Some of these runaways, a group of female artist, came together and formed a singing, pop group called STW45. Even with the cures gone, STW45 continues to spread music to towns and cities, encouraging the people to stand up to the evil emperor. Miwa Nagano is a thirteen-year old teen living in the town of Sanders. She was one of the many survivors who broke away from Flame's control. Along with her friends Kimiko Ishibashi and Yukari Amari, these three girls have a deep love for STW45 and wish to join them. When they send in audition tapes and are accepted, not only do they help spread music, but may as well find the missing cures that were defeated long ago. Now, it is up to Miwa to gather up the missing Precures and put a stop to Emperor Flame once and for all. Can she help the cures, or die at the hands of the Emperor of Darkness and Fire?
