Through most of their adventures, the P.I.E. team keeps semi-regular (and by that, I do NOT mean "normal"!) audio logs and stories that detail what happened in their latest adventure. Years in the future, Earth is destroyed by a disaster accidentally caused by humans. The governments that survived banded together and colonized the moon, renaming it New Hope. Life is peaceful. Some citizens are found to have unnatural powers. Those people are seen as a threat and sent back to Earth to die. Älskar was orphaned when his parents were shot and killed. He now cares for his little brother, Tyst, and their dog, Hund. Älskar is found to be one of those 'unlucky' people with powers, so he and his family is cast to the Earth to die. But Älskar finds something he wasn't expecting.

Mettaton is a star, loved by everybody. His voice is one of an angel. So is his heart, but nobody bothers to actually get to know him. Until he meets Papyrus.
