Tachibana Makoto is a wealthy heir to a swimwear company. Some call him the "Prince of the Water." He's very nice and friendly, but his only friends are Hazuki Nagisa and Ryugazaki Rei. Nanase Haruka is a merman. He is antisocial, and stays to the outskirts on his underwater city. He only spends time with his friend Matsuoka Rin, and Rin's sister Gou. Everything about their lives is so different from the other. But they both love to swim.
