Basically, this is an alternative ending to Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows where Draco Malfoy is concerned. Draco aides Harry Potter and his friends in the final battle. They won, but not everything is fine after that. He is a death eater and so the ministry has to treat him like one. At the end of the battle, all the death eaters are rounded up and punished. How will Draco Malfoy be punished and how will it affect him? This is not a slash. There is no different romances, meaning that the plot doesn't stray far from the books. P.S.
