In the midst of the fight for survival against the Grimm (foul beasts, monsters), which would later be known as the War, there was a village with a girl named Risper. Will this fox-girl survive the War, or even her unhealthy interest in her brother? And what exactly is her sister doing with her uncle? Is her father hiding something from her? Will her brothers ever stop fighting? Guess you'll have to find out. Meanwhile, another Risper is born in a laboratory... Just what is going on? Okay, so. This is a sort-of-fanfic of RWBY (by Roosterteeth, you should really check it out if you haven't already), and it's also my first story I've published ever (not true, I've published another story on WattPad... But first story I wrote without being forced to by school or something). All commentary is welcome, but it would be nice if it's not just hate. (E.g. "This sucks because on line 7 you said 'your' instead of 'you're'" instead of just "This sucks" please~ Thanks! ^-^) And... Enjoy, I guess. Yeah, that. Also, I make lots of time-leaps. That's my thing. Better get used to it. Maybe this is another thing I should mention... This is not one story. It's actually two stories. Maybe I'll make it three later on, maybe even four. The First Birth is the start of the first story, and the Second Birth is the start of the second story, and so on. Though maybe I'll make them separate stories if this gets too confusing... The pandemic was just the beginning. After an unknown virus sweeps across the globe, Aurora and two other survivors seek out safety in a bomb shelter with enough supplies to last a few years.
