Some are evil, others are neutral, and some use their gift to protect those who cannot protect themselves. Jaylynn Sydney is one of those who protects others. She aims to help those in need any way she can - whether it be by protecting them against demons or simply donating money, food, and shelter to people who need it. By day, she is a simple SHIELD engineer who simply repairs jets, ships, and the helicarrier. SHIELD knows nothing of her powers or the magical world, which is surprising seen as SHIELD seems to know everything about everyone. By night, she works as a masked vigilante who protects those who cannot protect themselves.

Everyone believes Jaylynn Stark to be dead. Perhaps she is? After being fatally pierced through her heart by Ashtaroth's spear before falling off of a thousand foot mountain into the icy cold water, she thought she was done for as well.
