She heard tales from her horse and dog about Cair Paravel, the kings and queens that once ruled over the lands, and how animals used to be able to talk. When rumour spread about how Prince Caspian fled the castle, she sets out to find answers. When she does, she meets High King Peter, and the rest of the Pevensie family members.
