Eduard Von Bock has it all: brains, good looks, great friends, the best grades, and is one of the most popular guys at World Academy. But, when his dad cuts him off for wasting the family's money on parties and girls, he finds himself in a pretty tough spot. It's almost the end of the month and the rent on his house will be due any day. Not wanting to get thrown out onto the streets, and since his house is so large and grand, Ed comes up with a plan. He puts up fliers around the school, advertising that he will be taking in students who wish to leave their cramped and crowded dorms. Only if they are able to pay their way, though. Soon students begin applying and moving in. Only, they're not what he was expecting....Now Ed has to live with not one, not two, but eleven girls! Can he survive? To top it all off, she has also had to go to school and get a job. But, when her sister falls sick with a form of heart cancer, it's up to her and her new friends to help save Mai-mai. Along the way, she and one of her friends discovers that they have super and magic powers! Now, they must stop someone they thought they could trust and discover that the true power in this world, is the love received from family and friends.
