"They told me I was going to survive without her. They said one day, she will be nothing but a memory. They explained how it is all going to be okay. None of them could tell me how to move on - it is possible, they say, even though they don't know how the process starts. I was alone. Again. And all people could say was it's for the better. " This is book two of the Loving Kinnick series.

Copyrighted 2014 #1 in Teens ~In the process of rewriting~ ~CHECK OUT THE REWRITE, its written far better~ Seriously the writing in this one is SO bad. "I will always protect you, Roza." Having a normal childhood was completely foreign to the two polar opposites Rosalyn Summers and Rex Turner. Both grew up with terrible pasts, both lived harsh lives, until now. Rosalyn was always the shy, quiet girl, always. Cliché in a sense, I know, but you can't necessarily blame her. Being forced from the only parent you ever knew as a child, only to end up in countless numbers of foster homes until you were twelve, would do that to anyone. Rose grew up believing that everything was her fault, that she was always the one that needed to say sorry. But not with Rex. Not with the boy she has had a crush on since before her family found her. The boy who swears to protect her at all costs. The boy she has fallen completely in love with. Rex's anger problems always got him into trouble, always. Until the little sweet-hearted Rosalyn Summers came bouncing into his life. He suddenly found himself doing anything he could to be with her, to talk to her, to protect her. It didn't take him long to realize that he had completely fallen head-over-heels for the clueless, adorable, defenseless girl. But with a few bad choices on his part, and the ever present fear of hers', will the people from his past threaten to take her away from him? Or will the people from hers' decide to do that instead? These two soon found out that they aren't as complete opposites as they thought. -Warning: This story has a few possessive, controlling men, sorry if you don't like that. ~follow the instagram page! @day_dream_1011 ~

Jakob Laurent was an intensely quiet, no-nonsense type of man. Callan Grant was a sweet, slightly eccentric, small-business owner. ⋆⁺₊⋆ ☾⋆⁺₊⋆ Callan needed to take some extra security precautions, but she could have never predicted that it would come in the form of a tall, brooding, and unbelievably stunning man. A stalker, a bodyguard, three iced lattes per day, and a heap of loungewear. Didn't that sound like the start of something wonderful? ⋆⁺₊⋆ ☾⋆⁺₊⋆

His arrogance is justified by his kill count and he fears no enemy, but the demons of his past may have found his only weakness and her name is Natalie Hart. The Wattys 2014 "Undiscovered Gem" Stella Henry is afraid of a lot of things. As a child, her simple, comfortable home life did not prepare her for the sort of people whom she would meet as a younger teenager. Now eighteen and a freshman at Clemson University, Stella meets Charlie, who, like her, has long been keeping others at bay. Though his disposition is kind and gentle, Charlie is a boxer, and his world only reminds Stella of elements of her past she would like to forget. When both realize that they have a safe place in one another, they start to overcome their fear of other people, and of letting them get close enough to matter. In many ways, this is a story about allowing people to matter to our lives, and about meaning something to them, in turn. At some point in your day, in your routine, in your life, you will matter to someone. That is a special kind of power, do be careful with it. "We love people not so much for the good they've done us, as for the good we've done them." Leo Tolstoy, War and Peace
