Meanwhile while she's gone Arria beings to surface once again, finally coming from the shadows to reek havoc on Sudegam. Searon must decide if he can help lead the elves to victory, or if even the new human alliance with the elves won't be enough, and another alliance needs to be formed, a dangerous alliance.

A child who has yet to draw his first breath becomes the obsession of an unknown entity; a powerful being who seeks to claim the thrones of both Heaven and Hell as its own and unleash Armageddon upon the mortal realm. Haunted by visions of its own undoing, this usurper will stop at nothing to eradicate the one responsible; this mortal child. Bishop, the Archwarrior, is declared the guardian of this unborn child, though he doesn't quite understand why he is tasked with such a role. But when forces rise from the depths of Hell, Bishop, along with his Warrior Angel siblings, quickly learn that this child is hunted by the usurper, who seeks not only the boy's death, but the demise of any who protect him. One fateful night, Max Harper's story begins. I would like to dedicate this book to my wife and son. Unfortunately this story is semi-true. My wife had five grand Mal seizures (I was driving when the first one occurred. Luckily we were only a few miles from a hospital) which led doctors on a course I was not ready to sail. She was put in a medically induced coma for five days. She pulled through with flying colors. My son was born at 1 lbs. 7 ounces. He spent a total of 112 days in the NICU, numerous surgeries. The amazing nurses and doctors making this rugged journey a little more easy to deal with. My son showed me strength I only thought existed in fairy tales. They were the inspiration for this story. I love you two endlessly.

When Prime Lord Hark is found in a pool of his own blood on the steps of his halls, Tonmerion Hark finds his world not only turned upside down, but inside out. His father's last will and testament forces him west across the Iron Ocean, to the very brink of the Endless Land and all civilisation. They call it Wyoming. This is a story of murder and family. This is a story of blood and magick. But there are darker things at work in Fell Falls, and not just the railwraiths or the savages. Secrets lurk in Tonmerion's bloodline. [Wattpad Featured Story: Fantasy Hidden Gems] When we were children they whispered about beasts that hid amongst the shifting dunes, dark things with sharp teeth and loud howls and an insatiable thirst. Animals that gutted their prey and left intestines rotting in the sun and bones sprawled out across dried riverbeds. We listened with rapt attention and shivered despite the searing desert heat. But I'm not a child anymore, and I know better. The sand-dusted coyotes, the sleepy vipers-they're just animals, dumb and slow. I've met the real beast of the dunes, and he's nothing like they say. He wears the skin of a man, and the silks of a noble, and spins lies with a silver tongue sharp enough to make the earth bleed... And he holds my life in his blood-stained hands.
