This is a Natsu x Gray fanfic. Natsu and Gray go on a mission in Malba to get rid of a the Bakus that roam there. Natsu wishes for a Baku to take away the nightmare he had only to later realize what he had done. Will Gray be able to find a way to restore the hope and dreams of Natsu's that disappeared!? It was Christmas, and Gray had hoped to see Natsu in the guild. Although Gray gave the Dragon Slayer his present on Christmas Eve, Natsu said that Gray's had to wait until the day of Christmas itself. However, he was not in the guild that morning, and Gray wondered if Natsu had completely forgotten and was frantically searching around town for something-anything-to buy as a last-minute present.

Gray Fullbuster is a seventeen year old whose family fell apart twelve years ago with the death of his mother. He and his sister have to work to keep their family alive. When Gray gets fired from his job, he has to find work in a place he never expected: the home of rich boy Natsu Dragneel. Natsu Dragneel is rich. Not only is he rich, but he's tired of people only being his friend because he's rich. He wants someone who likes him for him, not his money. So when he meets Gray Fullbuster by chance, he finds hope for a real friend. Until Gray is hired as his new servant.
